Jennifer Ashlock
Owner and C.E.O.
Jennifer loves spending time with her children and their families and traveling to Kenya to do nonprofit work. When home, she enjoys playing all sorts of card and board games and growing flowers and vegetables in her garden.
In 2004, Jennifer Ashlock founded Ashlock Consulting to help educators improve the literacy outcomes of all students.
This mission is supported by a highly qualified team of staff and consultants who serve school agencies across the country.
With the help of her consultants and development team, Jennifer has grown Ashlock Consulting into a nationally recognized provider of literacy training.

Matt Ashlock
Digital Media Producer
Matt's responsibilities focus on video production, audio editing, development of new courses and graphic design. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games, rocking out on the drums, and cuddling his two cats.
Lisa Fabbri
Administrative Assistant
Lisa's responsibilities include client relations, scheduling meetings, development of new courses and more. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her two cats, finding hidden gems at thrift shops, and spending time with friends and family.
Mary Edwards
Managing Senior Consultant
Mary's responsibilities include supporting, managing and training the company's team of consultants. She also serves as a liaison between clients and the consultants. In her free time, she likes to sail, go camping, and spend as much time with her grandchildren as possible!
